| Camille at a hawker center table in Chinatown. Hawker centers are a concentrated area of food stalls. This is where the best food in the city can often be found. Unfortunately it's not the best place for vegetarians, but I did find noodles and an amazing Singaporean dish called Carrot Cake. It's actually like an omelette full of spicy potato-like radishes. Yum! |
